How quickly can you answer my question?

We answer messages and emails in the order they are received and we try to respond as promptly as possible. We mostly reply within 24 hours of receiving a message or email.

Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?

Once an order is placed, our warehouse staff can pack and ship your order within 24 hours, so it's not always possible to process address change requests. If you notice an error, please email us ASAP with your name and order # so we can try to make a correction(s) to your package before it departs. There's no guarantee we can make it, especially once it leaves our warehouse, but we'll do everything we can!

How long is order processing period?


All orders ship within one business day if post office is open.

General shipping information:

Our warehouse processes and ships out all orders Mondays - Fridays (excluding major holidays). After placing your order, your package should be shipped out within 1 business days after your order is placed, and you will receive an email with the tracking number soon after.

Will my order come in one package?

Depending on the size of your order you may receive separate packages that may possibly arrive 1~2 business days apart.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day free return or replacement policy,(For item under 2 lb) which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return for a 100% of your money back.

For items over 2 pounds it depends on the reason your returning them. If the item was just plain defective it will not be at any cost to you. The shipping cost would be a higher and that makes a big difference. We cannot easily absorb the cost of shipping below 2 pounds we just do not make a lot of profit per item and that goes for most retailers. Most retailers only make between 10% to 20% of the items price in profit than other expenses have to come out of that.

We allow return for pretty much any reason. We may ask questions for the chance that we might be able to prevent future returns if it was our fault. Any customer found to be abusing returns will be sent a message letting them know they will no longer be able to return items.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Shipping Policy

We ship within one business day unless it's a post office holiday. Most of our lighter packages you should receive within five business days of shipment. Our heavier package 5 to 8 business days after shipment.

Most packages you should receive in that time. But there are always exceptions the mail carriers sometimes miss place packages, and for various reasons do not deliver on time. Please accept my sincere apologies for this. Delivering packages from so many different people and locations is a difficult task to achieve and subject to human error so it cannot always be done as promised. Thanks for your patience.
